The BalanceFrom Mats were very cost effective and within budget. They are excellent, lightweight and easy to store. Their soft, yet strong composition make them excellent for martial arts, gymnastics tumbling and falls. I would recommend them to anyone who has these and similar interests interests.
I put my collagen in my morning coffee and even though the package says unflavored it definitely changes the taste of my coffee. I have used other unflavored collagen in my coffee before with no change in taste. Would not buy again.
