• DIGESTIVE SUPPORT: Fibractase Forte can be taken prior to a meal. The best way to take this is with water, however if you have difficulty swallowing, the contents of the capsule can be dissolved in a glass of water.
• DAILY SUPPLEMENT: The capsules are suitable for children aged 2 years and older. After ingestion the enzyme is active for approximately 30-45 minutes.
