Please note that many items are shipped from our trusted sellers and some are shipped from Steals.com. You can see which company shipped the items in your order directly in your order and shipping confirmations. Please contact the seller directly to help resolve any concerns with the item(s) they shipped. General Questions


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

In order to continue to provide the deepest discounts possible, Steals.com does not accept returns or exchanges. We guarantee all items to be first quality. If there is an issue, please don’t hesitate to contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we'll be sure to help you out. If your order was shipped by one of our sellers, please contact them directly. You can reach specific sellers by clicking the "contact" tab directly in your order summary within your Steals.com account.

Customer Service Hours

Our friendly customer service team is available for you Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (PST). Please allow one business day for a response. We do not have customer service representatives available on Saturday or Sunday. If you have an issue over the weekend, your concern will be responded to the following Monday morning. Please don’t hesitate to contact us, we love to help! When will my order be shipped?

Shipping varies between 1 and 10 business days after the order was placed and is dependent on the seller and the product you have purchased. You will find the estimated ship time in your confirmation email as well as your Order Summary in your Steals.com account.

How do I contact a specific seller regarding my order?

For concerns with an item from one of our sellers, you can reach a specific seller by clicking the "contact" tab directly in your order summary within your Steals.com account.

The site is asking me for a sign in. What do I need to do?

You will be prompted to either create an account or log in to an existing account. To create your account simply add your email and choose a password. You can also sign in using an existing Facebook or Google account.

I don't get your email alerts before you sell out. Help!

How do I know which seller will ship my order?

You can see which seller will ship the item(s) on your order directly in the cart, at checkout and again in your final order and shipping confirmation(s)

How do I contact a seller to help me resolve an issue or question with my order?

You can reach specific sellers by clicking the "contact" tab directly in your order summary within your Steals.com account.

Do I have have to pay separate shipping fees for items shipped by different sellers?

Yes. If multiple items are being shipped by different sellers, there will be a separate shipping charge for each.

Does Steals.com charge in US or Canadian dollars?

Steals.com, and our sellers charge and refund in US Dollars.

I placed an order with an incorrect address. Can you change it for me?



I finished my order but now want to change an item. Can you change it for me?

We are not able to modify your order so please carefully review your order before it is placed. If you have any urgent issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us.Our friendly customer service team would love to help! For an item(s) purchased from one of our trusted sellers, you can reach out to them by logging into your Steals.com account. and clicking the “contact” tab for the seller of the item in question.

I placed separate orders. Can they be combined?

There is no way for us to combine orders manually. Multiple items have to be ordered together for us to be able to ship multiple items together so please be sure to add all of your "steals" in one order. Of course, if there are any problems, or you need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We would love to help!

How can I check the status of my order?

Log in to your Steals.com account. and click on “orders” on the left-hand side. Here you can view all orders placed, their current status, along with specific order details. If you have any other questions,please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll help you out! You can also contact the seller who shipped your order by clicking the “contact” tab within the order.

I am having a problem placing my order. Help!

Contact us with the details of your problem. Please specify the browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari) you are using, the type of device you are using to order from, and other specific details of the problem you are experiencing. We'll do our best to get you back to stealing ASAP!

It won't accept my address?

Be sure that you have the correct country selected in the drop down, above where you enter your address. The three options available are US, Canada and Australia. Please note! If the correct country is selected, it may be that one or more sellers are unable to ship to your country.

Shipping


When will my order be shipped?

Shipping varies between 1 and 10 business days after the order was placed and is dependent on the seller and the product you have purchased. You will find the estimated ship time in your confirmation email as well as your Order Summary in your Steals.com account.


How do I know which items will ship to my country?

We have flags on each product page that display which country that particular item will ship to.

US Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within one business day (unless otherwise noted) and will arrive in 3-5 business days or 5-15 business days, depending on what you choose during checkout. Orders are shipped using various carriers, but will be delivered by USPS, with the exception of FedEx Ground. Your ship confirmation will include a link, plus all information, to track your order. To check the status of your order log into your Steals.com account and click on orders on the left-hand side of the page. Here you can view all orders placed, their current status, along with specific order details, including which seller shipped your order. If you have any other questions,please don’t hesitate to contact us and we'll help you out!

Canadian Shipping

Canadian orders are generally shipped within one business day (unless otherwise noted) and will arrive in 5-10 business days from the date your order ships.

Steals.com offers two shipping methods. 5-10 business day option that has pre-paid duties and taxes. With this option no additional fees will be due upon delivery.We also offer a 5-10 business day option that does not include pre-paid duties and taxes. Duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included through this option and may be due at delivery. This method is only available for orders that weigh less than four pounds.

Sellers that do ship to Canada use a 5-10 business day option without the option to pre-pay duties and taxes. Please note! Fees may be due on delivery.

I live in the Salt Lake City area. Can I pick up my stuff and not pay shipping?

We have moved to a different space that does not accommodate a boutique. This means that Local Pickup will no longer be available. Yes, we are sad too, but the great news is, any order that ships from Steals.com and is going anywhere from Ogden to Provo will be delivered within 2 business days by our shipping partner, FirstMile Xpress!

Do you ship internationally?

We ship directly to the U.S., Canada and Australia and have partnered with MyUS.com, the No. 1 international shipping service to ship orders to over 220 more countries. With MyUS.com, you will be assigned a U.S. based address where your package will be processed for shipping straight to your home country. MyUS.com uses trusted delivery services like FedEx, UPS and DHL to ensure you receive your merchandise in the shortest amount of time.

To get started:

  1. Sign up with MyUS.com and get your MyUS address to use at checkout
  2. Shop online at US stores, and have your packages sent to your MyUS address.
  3. Your shipments will arrive at your door in 2-4 business days
  4. If you are ordering multiple items, be sure to select the "Premium Membership" for greatest savings!

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within one business day... yes, that fast! There are some unique features, however, that can take an additional 3-10 business days to ship from our warehouse or from our seller. In the event your order may take a few extra days to ship, we are sure to note it on the steal page. Once your package is on its way to you, we will send a shipping notification with all of the tracking details. What are Steal Points?

Steal Points are earned by performing actions on our website. At checkout they are converted into Steals.com currency and can be applied to purchases. 100 points = $1

How do I earn points?

You can earn points two ways Purchasing Visiting our site during our feature steals (*note: Steal Points will not be earned on archive, surprise or other non-feature steals)

How many points do I get when I make a purchase?

You earn 2 points for every dollar you spend on merchandise! (tax and shipping do not count for points).

How many times can I visit the site per day and earn points?

During every 24-hour feature steal, you can earn two points for each Steals.com site you visit. Earn up to 8 points per day. Visit BabySteals.com, KidSteals.com, ScrapbookSteals.com and SheSteals.com *must be logged into your Steals.com account to accrue points*.

How do I redeem Steal Points?

Steal Points will appear on the final checkout page. You can either save them or click 'use points' to apply them to your order.

How many points you can use on a purchase?

There is no limit to how many you can use on a purchase, but they can't be used towards tax or shipping. If you have any Steal Points left over after your purchase they will be saved in your account for a future order.

How can I see my points balance?

Your Steal Points balance will show on the top right of our site and also in my account under Steal Points.

Can I earn points for my previous purchases?

Purchases prior to our loyalty program are not retro-active.

Can I apply Steal Points toward previous purchases?

No, Steal Points can not be used on previous purchases.

Can I transfer my points to a friend?

We are not able to transfer points to others.

Can I redeem my Steal Points for cash?

Steal Points cannot be redeemable for cash. If points are available in your account you have the option to use them towards your purchase or save them for later.
